All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

✅ Incorrect item received

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • Free from stains, damage, or alterations


🚫 What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

❌ Items without original tags
❌ Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
❌ Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)


📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or Instagram DM.

  2. Share your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the item.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

  4. Once approved, exchange will be arranged based on availability.


🚚 Return Logistics

  • For hand-delivered orders, exchanges will be scheduled during the next delivery cycle.

  • Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the issue is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us.

  • We do not offer doorstep pickup for returns at this stage.


💰 Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer refunds.

  • Approved returns will be processed as exchanges only or store credit, at our discretion.

All returned items undergo a quality inspection before approval. We reserve the right to decline any exchange if the item does not meet our return conditions.
